Lost and found

For items lost on the train or at the train station, customers can contact the closest railway station or call the Company number +390285114382 or the Milano Cadorna and Saronno Customer Care Office.
LeNORD personnel will return the lost items found to their legitimate owners, when it is possible to identify them.
The items found and never claimed back will be kept for 90 days, after which they will be given to charities or destroyed if unusable.
Non - durable items will be destroyed within 48 hours.
